What an enjoyable evening. FRUSTRATION at getting the fingers to create an artistic as well as edible dumpling.
Admiring the FINESSE of the tutors who made it all look so easy.
The FILLING was a tasty salmon mince and herb recipe.
Most of all we enjoyed the FRIENDSHIP as we shared experiences and chat. Our thanks to tutor Ivy, host Haixin and expert helpers Pan and Dongmei.
