An invitation has been received from Youxie for the friendship forum to be held in Haikou, capital of Hainan, from November 22-24, and an excursion to Sanya 25-26. They offer all expense from 22nd until departure on 27th, but international travel into Haikou and out of Sanya is at delegate’s expenses.
In total 10 have been invited from NZCFS, so please consider nominations from within your branch, and local community. The theme of the one day forum is “Building Maritime Silk Road, Promoting Common Development.” Your executive will establish a small working sub-committee to receive and select delegates by the deadline of August 31.
Currently in planning is an additional day’s activity for 2-3 representatives to attend the second meeting of the Pacific China Friendship Association.
