In May 25 – 27 we are hosting the National AGM and Conference of the Society . We are a small committee and will require help to make the weekend a success. Areas requiring help could be: transport, registration desk, raffle table, flowers, Friday evening small bites.
MARCH 21st AGM of our branch. University Chapel 7 pm.
MARCH 25th Annual Picnic. Join Rotorua Branch in Rotorua.
APRIL 26th General meeting
MAY 25-27th National AGM and Conference of the Society to be held in the Management School of the Waikato University.
JUNE 10th Mah Jiang. Chinese Association Hall. Lewis St , Melville. 1.30 pm.
JUNE 24th Kathleen Hall fundraising dinner. Venue TBA.
JULY Food demonstration with NZ Korean Friendship Society & Mandarin Language Assistants.
AUGUST 19th Mah Jiang or General Meeting.
SEPTEMBER 30th Moon Festival. Chinese Language week. 4-5 pm activities, 5-6 pm Performing Arts Group, 6-7pm light meal.
OCTOBER 25th General Meeting.
NOVEMBER 11th Ma Jiang.
NOVEMBER 15th General Meeting
DECEMBER 2nd End of year lunch.
FEBRUARY 23rd 2019 Chinese New Year Concert
