    Location:    The Memorial Hall and Former Residence buildings are co-located on the river road, just west of intersection with YanHe West Rd, beside the Yangtze River stop-bank [levee].

    Access:   Locked, outside can be viewed from the street.  To go inside, enquire at the main Honghu museum or ask at the building to the left of the Hall/Residence, looking from the street. There are 4 rooms downstairs, 4 upstairs, a balcony overlooking the street and the Yangtze stop-bank [levee], with steep stairs connecting the floors.

    Inside the Memorial Hall there are a number of exhibits illustrating Rewi Alley’s work in Honghu to help with flood relief in 1932.   Rewi Alley’s main base at the time was in Shanghai.
