To celebrate the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between New Zealand and China, The Hawke’s Bay branch of the New China Friendship Society is organizing a special event of a golf competition.
The event is being organized by John Chen, Vice President of the Hawkes Bay branch of the NZ China Friendship Society in conjunction with the:
- Hawke’s Bay Chinese Association
- Hawke’s Bay China Peaceful Reunification Promotion Association
- Hawke’s Bay Guangdong New Pearl Golf Club
- and the Hawke’s Bay Chinese Golf League

Competition rules:
1) White shirts to be worn by males and yellow for females
2) Can clean and move the ball 15cm in your fairway
The first place of each group is the leader, who is responsible for supervising the speed of the group’s play, collecting scorecards, and handing in the cards to the front desk when the game is over.
