Here is our NZCFS Nelson August newsletter with details of our next branch meeting on Friday 31 August.

It sounds like it will be a fascinating presentation and we look forward to another big crowd of members and friends.

He went to university in China after the Cultural Revolution, majoring in mechanical engineering. Richard did an MBA at the State University of New York in 1985 and then had a 13-year business career as a senior executive in a few domestic and foreign-invested firms in China. He emigrated to New Zealand in 1995. He has been engaging in the homeschooling of his two sons since 2000 and doing research and writing on the educational and cultural front. He is the author of the books: “18 Years of Homeschooling”, “Health Is Gold, Knowledge Is Capital, Communication Is Bridge”. Richard currently lives in Nelson with his wife and sons.
